BAU OUT – Possible Exit Routes

The magazine 2BAU Container of Contemporary Culture "presents a preview of the issue 15, a cubic box with original works on the BAU OUT theme of over 80 international authors working in the most diverse disciplines. Guests of the event are the art critic Angela Madesani, the poets Luigi Ballerini and Giulia Niccolai, the artist Guido Peruz and Maurizio Spatola, director of the archive Adriano Spatola.

Included in many important museums, libraries and private collections, BAU Container of Contemporary Culture is one of the most singular artist publications in Italy today. The magazine, in a luxurious box designed by Gumdesign, is produced annually in limited editions, with original contributions by authors of international relevance operating in the most diverse disciplines. Following its experimental vocation, the BAU editorial staff has imagined a issue 15 in cubic form, with works size cm. 21×21 of over 80 participants on the theme BAU OUT – possible exit routes.
The meeting includes the participation of art critic Angela Madesani, poets Luigi Ballerini and Giulia Niccolai, of the artist Guido Peruz and of Maurizio Spatola, director of the archive/foundation Adriano Spatola. During the event, some authors of BAU 15 will propose projections, readings and performances, including the sound action Playing a statue: Psyche by Antonino Bove, Luca Brocchini and Gabriele Menconi.
