Roma-Milano: andata e ritorno
Urban spaces: how they change and how they are changing us
Triennale Milano and MAXXI, the National Museum of 21st-Century Arts, are continuing to strengthen the collaboration between them, which started with the Italian National Architecture Award, through a new series of meetings entitled Roma-Milano: andata e ritorno. Contemporary Talks on Cities. The high-speed trains between Rome and Milan have in a sense expanded the urban area, involving ever-greater numbers of people, who have become used to moving and living "between" the cities for work, for love, or simply out of curiosity. But with all their continuous contacts, how much do the cities really know each other? Managers, professionals, cultural practitioners, creative designers, writers, artists, musicians and innovators will discuss these issues in a series of meetings.
Presenter:
International Relations Chief Officier Triennale Milano
Speakers:
Antonio Calabrò, Director, Pirelli Foundation and Deputy chairman, Assolombarda

Roberta Petronio, journalist and curator of the project
