The BJCEM, the Ministery for Education and Culture of the Republic of San Marino, the Cultural Institutes of the Republic of San Marino and the University of the Republic of San Marino announce the launch of the 19th edition of MEDITERRANEA - Young Artists Biennial, a transnational event which will take place in the Republic of San Marino from 22nd October 2020 to 28th February 2021, under the title School of Waters. During this event, the curators of MEDITERRANEA 19 will present the International Open Call, submissions from 27th November 2019 to 26th January 2020, which functions as the main tool through which the participants to the Biennal will be selected. The launch of the Open Call of MEDITERRANEA 19 will see the participation of: Federica Candelaresi (Executive Director of BJCEM), Marco Podeschi (Minister for Education and Culture of the Republic of San Marino), Rita Canarezza (Cultural Institutes of the Republic of San Marino) and Karen Venturini (University of the Republic of San Marino), Alessandro Castiglioni e Simone Frangi (senior curators of MEDITERRANEA 19 - School of Waters).
