The new identity of Triennale

February 15 2019, 7.00pm
Stefano Boeri, president of La Triennale di Milano, will present its new visual identity by NORM, and its new website by Accurat. The event would also like to pay tribute to the history of graphic design and visual communication of the institution, from the historical International Exhibitions to the logos by Italo Lupi and Pierluigi Cerri, who in recent decades have shaped the public identity of the Triennale di Milano.
200 applications were received from 15 countries for the design of the new visual identity and 44 for the new website. After careful examination by two selection boards, the design of the new visual identity for La Triennale was awarded to NORM, a Zurich-based graphic design studio and platform for research into visual communication, publishing and typography. The design and development of the new website was awarded to Accurat, a research and innovation company in the field of data-driven design, with offices in Milan and New York.
